TMF Group bolsters its presence in India by acquiring Seamless Global
TMF Group, a leading provider of compliance and business administration services around the world, has announced the acquisition of Seamless Global, the India-based accounting and tax, global entity management and payroll business of Sannam S4 Group.
Seamless Global provides a range of accounting and tax compliance, global entity management and HR and payroll services to international clients with operations in India.
The acquisition further strengthens TMF Group’s delivery capability in India and demonstrates their continued commitment to this fast-growing market as well as to the APAC region, following their recent acquisition of KPK faServ India Private Limited in July 2023.
