Young Bolton boy and #iwill Ambassador pays tribute to Her Majesty the Queen

10-year-old Milan Paul Kumar, has dashed to London to pay his respects to Her Majesty.

Last month, the young boy was selected as one of the 85 #iwill Ambassadors to represent the United Kingdom for the #iwill movement. The new King, Charles III, launched #iwill back in 2013. #iwill Ambassadors were invited to meet the Princess Royal, who is a patron of UK Youth, for #PowerOfYouth back in June.

The #iwill movement and its ambassadors know that the passing of the Queen is hard for young people in many different ways, and recognise that this historic event can bring up difficult feelings. As the country enters this time of national mourning, Milan and other #iwill Ambassadors are encouraging others to look after themselves and each other.

#iwill is a UK-wide movement helping more young people make a difference in their communities through social action. This includes activities like campaigning, fundraising, volunteering, befriending or mentoring.

The #iwill movement is a collaboration of over 1000 organisations and 700 young #iwill Ambassadors & Champions from across the UK. They are united by a shared belief that all children and young people should be supported and empowered to make a positive difference on the issues that affect their lives, their communities, and broader society.
