The mayor of London, Sadiq Khan, visits the head office of Regal Foods

On Saturday, 24 June, Sadiq Khan, the mayor of London, along with Naz Shah, MP for Bradford West and shadow minister for crime reduction, visited Regal House in Bradford – the head office of Regal Food Products Group Plc.

Younis Chaudhry, CEO of Regal Food Products Group Plc, welcomed the mayor of London to the head office site, before introducing him to the Regal team who all had the opportunity to talk about their work within the Regal food group and the positive impact the business has within the Bradford district and beyond.

Chaudhry comments, “It was a pleasure to welcome Sadiq Khan to Regal House and have the opportunity to show him and talk about our great business, a family business that we are extremely proud of.”

Naz Shah, MP for Bradford West and shadow minister for crime reduction, said, “We were delighted to have the Mayor of London in Bradford this weekend and felt very proud to showcase one of the UK’s leading Bakery businesses based and established in the heart of Bradford.”

Khan later took to social media to comment, “At Regal Foods HQ! If you know you know..”
