Several reports have stated that Mahira Khan might get married this year, leaving the Pakistani actress’s fans excited.

It is widely believed that ‘The Legend of Maula Jatt’ star is planning to wed her partner, businessman Salim Karim, sometime in September 2023.

Their relationship has been steadily progressing, and sources suggest that the wedding is going to be a small-scale affair held at a renowned hill station located in Punjab. The guest list is expected to include close family members and friends.

The speculations were addressed by her manager, Anushay Talha Khan. When questioned about the wedding, Anushay responded that these reports were baseless and should not have been disclosed without an official statement from Khan or a family representative.

Back in August 2023, she publicly spoke about her boyfriend for the first time. During and Instagram live, she said: “There’s a line in Humsafar, which I thought was beautiful, where Ashar says to Khirad, ‘I don’t know what I did right to deserve you’.

“I think the same about him.”

This is not the first time that rumours have circulated about her marriage.

In 2019, there were reports suggesting that Khan was planning to tie the knot in Turkey. However, she refuted these claims.

Previously, she had been married to Ali Askari in 2007, and together they welcomed a son named Azlaan in 2009. Unfortunately, their marriage ended in divorce in 2015.

Khan is widely recognised for her acting prowess and gained significant acclaim for her portrayal of Khirad in the beloved television drama series ‘Humsafar’, where she shared the screen with Fawad Khan and Naveen Waqar.

She went on to do several roles on television and films, which garnered widespread critical acclaim and propelled her to superstardom.
