Manleys Solicitors, a boutique firm of nationally recognised commercial litigation solicitors, has announced the appointment of Sehar Hussain as an Associate Solicitor at its Chester office. 

Hussain trained and qualified with Tucker Turner Kingsley Wood LLP in London but moved back to the North West to be closer to her family. She is an experienced litigator (11 years PQE) and advises a diverse range of clients from small businesses to corporate entities. 

Her clients include high net worth individuals and high profile clients who value her expertise, discretion and commercial approach to solving their disputes. She advises clients on a wide range of legal issues including shareholder disputes, intellectual property, defamation and reputation management and is experienced in acting for both claimants and defendants. 

Hussain is personable with excellent client care skills and gives pragmatic solutions to her clients on a wide range of commercial legal issues. In addition to her law degree, she has a BSC (Hons) in Applied Biological Sciences.
