Celebrate Eid with a selection of South Asian films at Vue
Posted On March , 2026
To celebrate Eid Al-Fitr, Vue is showcasing a selection of South Asian titles from Thursday 19th of March.
Kicking off the celebrations is the next instalment of the Dhurandhar series, Dhurandhar: The Revenge. Fans can continue the epic story as undercover RAW agent Jaskirat Singh Rangi and his work within Pakistan’s criminal world while he tracks down Major Iqbal.
Also returning to the big screen is the iconic Shaji Pappan and his eccentric gang in Malayalam comedy Aadu 3. As old rivalries resurface and unexpected challenges arise, viewers will be taken on an adventure packed with sharp wit, outrageous misunderstandings and high-energy chaos.
Bringing a heartfelt coming-of-age story to the big screen is Youth, a Tamil-language drama following teenager Praveen as he navigates adolescence with one goal: to experience true love before finishing school. As he moves through friendships, relationships and heartbreak, the film explores the challenges of growing up and discovering what love really means.
Adding some humour to the line-up is the energetically hilarious Aag Lagay Basti Mein. Audiences can experience carnage, chaos and comedy as Fahad Mustafa and Mahira Khan play two working-class characters who stumble upon an opportunity for easy money in a story of morality, patience, and greed.
Also bringing levity to the weekend is the upcoming comedy Bershama. Join creative duo Khaled Diab and Sherine Diab as they tell the story of a group of students during a crucial high school exam, which descends into mayhem when the supervisor unexpectedly dies in the middle of the test.
Finally, bringing more action to the weekend is Bullah, which follows a modern champion who rises against systemic injustice and oppressive forces in Punjab’s rugged cultural landscape.
As entrenched criminal powers and corruption threaten peace and freedom, Bullah confronts them with courage and conviction, guided by his moral compass and the support of allies who share his vision for justice.
Humberto Michelacci, Screen Content Manager (International Film) at Vue UK & Ireland, said: ”At Vue, we’re delighted to bring such a vibrant and diverse line-up of films to our screens this Eid. This exciting selection spans across Hindi, Malayalam, Tamil, Urdu, Punjabi and Arabic, and reflects the rich cultural diversity of the communities we proudly serve.
Eid is a time for togetherness, celebration and shared experiences, and we are honoured to provide a space where families and friends can come together to enjoy powerful storytelling, big-screen entertainment, and epic cinematic moments.
We look forward to welcoming everyone to celebrate Eid with us at Vue.”
