The Stockport-based agency received the top honour in Birmingham, where the ceremony also recognised excellence in three other categories.
The inaugural event drew hundreds of digital professionals from across the UK.
In addition to winning the main award, Cleartwo was runner-up in three categories: SEO Agency of the Year, Operations, and Video Production.
These accolades highlighted the agency’s broad expertise across artificial intelligence, search, content, and technical delivery.
The AI Agency of the Year category was introduced this year to recognise innovation in AI.
Cleartwo’s victory reflects its achievements in AI-driven strategy, automation, and content development.
Omer Riaz, director at Cleartwo, said: “Winning AI Agency of the Year at the 2026 National Digital Awards was overwhelming.
We were proud to be shortlisted in several categories, but securing this new AI award for innovation was especially meaningful.
Our work in AI strategy, automation, and content is among the industry’s best, and this recognition elevates Cleartwo nationally.
But this award truly belongs to the team—without them, none of it would be possible.”
Earlier, the company received four other nominations, including Best Agency Operations Director for co-owner Satnam Singh, as well as Best Use of AI, Best SEO Agency, and Best Use of Video and Animation.
Cleartwo employs more than 100 staff across the UK and offshore locations.
The awards were established by entrepreneur Qasim Majid, along with Ifraz Ahmed and Anita Chumber of B Events, to celebrate outstanding work by digital professionals and agencies across the UK.
The 2026 ceremony was hosted by PJ Ellis and featured performances by Hit the Dhol and The Undercover Artists.
Majid said: “These awards aim to recognise the often-unsung heroes—the individuals quietly doing exceptional work every day.”
Despite challenges posed by COVID, economic instability, rising pressures, AI disruption, and ongoing change, agencies continue to innovate, create jobs, launch remarkable campaigns, and drive business growth.
The event’s official charity partner was Centrepoint, with attendees raising more than £2,500 to support efforts to combat youth homelessness across the UK.
