Hair care leader calls for all women to “shut out the noise and embrace their natural hair”

Vatika, a pioneer in natural haircare, has called for women to “shut out the noise and embrace their natural hair” empowering women and pushing fearless conversations around identity and self-expression.
Research shows that nearly 70% of women said their hair was important to their overall wellbeing and self-esteem. These findings were revealed by Hair Gain, in a national survey of 2,000 people.
Vatika celebrates diversity, beauty and the power of natural hair across all types, textures and ethnicities, and invited all women to participate in the opportunity to be part of their brand.

Only about a month ago, Vatika launched their ‘Strands of Vatika’ campaign, where they received over 1,000 entries from the UK and USA, with 60 per cent of participants from the UK and 40% from the US.
The brand invited real women, to be the face of the campaign to celebrate importance of natural hair and diversity, and participants were encouraged to share their personal hair journeys, on how they embrace their unique textures and styles.
Earlier this year, the brand launched a campaign #RootForMe ahead of 2024’s International Women’s Day, where they addressed intersectionality in the workplace which affects women of colour, compounded by race, ethnicity, religion, and several other issues.
Vatika’s Natural Range includes ingredients such as Egg Protein, Garlic, Coconut, Black Seed, and Moroccan Argan to rejuvenate and nourish all hair types with uncomplicated ingredients. These products span from oils, to masks, to shampoos and conditioners.
